Do I pay at the clinic or online?

Both are available. You can pay cash or card at the clinic, or pay a deposit or the full amount online via Paymob after we confirm your appointment slot.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Online payments are processed through Paymob, a PCI-DSS compliant Egyptian payment gateway. Your card details are handled entirely by Paymob and never stored on our side.

Why are prices shown as indicative?

Accepted Answer

The listed prices cover standard sessions. Your exact plan and any supplements for home visits or emergency priority are confirmed after the first assessment, once we know what your condition requires.

Question 4

Can I pay online in my own currency?

Accepted Answer

Paymob charges in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and your card issuer converts the amount to your currency at their rate. You will see the EGP total before confirming the payment.

Question 5

Do you offer refunds for online deposits?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, your online deposit is refunded or moved to another date. Same-day cancellations are handled case by case.
